JULY 2023, FENG SHUI FLYING STARS & CHINESE ASTROLOGY FORECAST
This month is Yin Earth on an Earth Goat and begins on 7th July @ 4:32pm till 8th August 2:24 am .
The day the month begins is Yang Fire on a Wood Tiger, the month is Yin Earth on Earth Goat, the year is Yin Water on Wood Rabbit, and the hour is Yang Metal on Wood Tiger.
The day the month begins is sitting on a lot of wood elements with the two Tigers in the day and hour, and also the wood rabbit in the year combines with the Earth Goat of the month to combine into a half Wood Trine Combination.
With so much hidden wood in the day the month begins, this puts a lot of pressure on the Earth Element which are our hospitals, schools, educational departments, pharmaceutical, nursing homes, and the volunteering industries. We will also see a lot of governments or people in power under unexpected pressure this month as their resources are challenged.
The Strong wood hidden in the chart of the day strengthens the Fire element so we may see fire related issues , like explosions, volcanic eruptions, forest fires, and rising temperatures.
In Flying Stars for the month, the Star #3 rules the central palace and combines with the yearly Star #4 which can bring about wild winds , tornadoes, hurricanes, and earthquakes.
The Star #3 is affiliated with robberies, fighting, and anger, and as we are still in Age 8 representing the young son , or young children, we many see a rise in crimes and children gangs this month.
The malevolent Star #5 enters in the West palace disturbing the yearly energy of the Star #6 representing governments, officials, military, CEOs, and head of states. We may see government officials, and political insecurities, court cases and military involvement this month, especially with countries or cities residing in the west of the world.
Emotionally Wood element represents kindness or anger/ frustration , the Earth element is worry or sympathy, so we may see a lot of people going through various degrees of emotions of uncertainties this month especially as inflation is on the rise, and natural disasters having an impact on the globe. Health Tips for July 2023
Welcome to the health blog for the month of July in the Yin Earth on Earth Goat! In Chinese medicine, this is considered a strong earth month, with a focus on the digestive system. The organs associated with this time are the spleen, belly, back, and stomach. Here are some tips and insights to support your health during this period:
- Nourish your Spleen: The spleen is responsible for digestion and transformation of food. To support its function, focus on incorporating warm, cooked foods into your diet. Go for easily digestible meals, including soups, stews, and steamed vegetables. Avoid excessive consumption of cold or raw foods, as they can weaken the spleen’s energy.
- Promote Earth Element: Since it’s an earth month, emphasize foods that align with the earth element. Choose grounding and nourishing foods such as root vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, beets), whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, oats), and legumes (lentils, chickpeas, black beans). These foods can help stabilize and balance your energy during this time.
- Mindful Eating: Pay attention to your eating habits and ensure you eat in a calm and relaxed environment. Avoid rushing through meals and take time to chew your food thoroughly. This aids in proper digestion and absorption of nutrients.
- Warm Beverages: Instead of consuming icy or cold drinks, opt for warm or room temperature beverages. Herbal teas like ginger, chamomile, or fennel can be beneficial for supporting digestion and soothing the stomach.
- Gentle Exercise: Engage in gentle exercises that promote movement and support the back and stomach. Activities like walking, tai chi, or yoga can be beneficial. These exercises help to stimulate the flow of Qi (vital energy) and enhance overall well-being.
- Emphasize Rest and Relaxation: Stress and overexertion can disrupt the digestive system. Prioritize rest and relaxation to maintain a harmonious balance. Practice mindfulness techniques, meditation, or take part in activities that help you unwind and reduce stress levels.
Remember, these recommendations are general guidelines and may not be suitable for everyone. It’s always a good idea to consult with a qualified Chinese medicine practitioner for personalized advice based on your individual constitution and health conditions.
