September brings on the energy of Yin Fire on a Metal Rooster. In the Controlling Cycle of the 5 Elements, Fire controls the Metal therefore, we can anticipate another challenging month ahead.
Yin Fire is like a candle or a spark, it can also relate to explosions. Yin Fire people are sensitive, gentle, thoughtful, polite, dislikes rules, and represents the Heart and the eyes.
Metal Rooster is practical, observant, honest, self-absorbed, overly romantic, and a perfectionist, and represents the intestines, blood, and lungs.
The Rooster is also a Romance Flower as is Yin Fire (Yin Fire is hidden in the Horse), therefore, this month can bring about relationship challenges, but this can also be with friendships as well as couples in relationships which will affect matters of the heart. These emotions will cut deep as the Rooster is like a dagger or needle, therefore, it’s like a stabbing in the heart.

The Star 7 represents the youngest daughter, trouble, destruction, disruptive, sex scandal, sex disease, skin, lung & mouth problems (bad speech). As it is the Star of Broken Army in the Big Dipper- this refers to fighting, robbery, arguments, backstabbing, especially directed by women as the #7 is a feminine trigram.
There certainly will be conflict this month and harmful words will be said, as this affects every home. This can also be between father and daughter, or even between two younger women. Emotions will be heightened, and words will be said, loyalty will be questioned, and relationships can be fractured.
On a health perspective Metal elements represents the lungs, intestine, blood circulation and the colon. The fire brings about heart & eye issues. We will hear more of these health issues in the media.
Hidden in the Rooster is Yin Metal representing a needle, or the vaccine as it has been the focus on a global scale. We will certainly be hearing pros and cons relating to the vaccine this month, especially on a deeper level. I’ll leave it up to you how you wish to interpret this information.

September is Yin Fire on a Metal Rooster. Yin Fire is the Heart, fire is also the clarity of the eyes, and as we all know the computer screen and all screens are luring our vision.
Metal Rooster is the intestines and the blood and also the lungs.
As the lockdown in process, we have noticed a lot of mental/emotional issues in the clinic. In Chinese Medicine Heart in charge of the spirit/thoughts and is the Emperor of the body. If the mental/ emotional health is not in good status, the Heart would suffer presenting as anxiety/depression, heart palpitations, insomnia, ulcers in the tongue, allergies etc. In order to keep your Heart health, please try to avoid too much negative energies/thoughts, get close to the nature, and perform regular Meditation and Yoga.
Also Hay Fever season has arrived, and we have received a high amount of emergency calls for hay fever treatments. In Chinese Medicine nose belongs to the Lung system, if you have Hay Fever history or you are experiencing some kind of Hay Fever symptoms, please avoid any outdoor exercises during the windy days. Also keep your mask and sunglasses on when you are out. I recommend alternation of hot and cold water face wash in the morning to train the body adapting to the weather changes.
