November 2019 is Yin Wood on Water Pig month and begins on the 8 th at 1:26 am
We are in the last 3 months of the solar calendar and the Earth Pig Year is slowly on its way out. But don’t be too impatient to see this Pig Year out as we enter the month of Yin Wood on a Water Pig… Yes, another Water Pig energy to heighten the year before it ends.
We are now emerging into the water energy in the solar calendar where fear can arise especially concerning economic trade, the stock market, and climatically our seasons will be very unusual, hence affect farming and produce.
Yin Wood is like a field of grass, gentle, flexible compromising and adaptable.
The Pig is intelligent, honest, straightforward and patient person, affectionate, with a wide circle of friends and good-mannered.
Take extra care if your Day Master sits on a snake, as the Pig & the Snake are foes or a clash in Chinese Astrology, therefore bringing about challenges and changes in relationships.
Also, take extra care if your Day Master sits on a Pig as two Pigs are known as a Self-Penalty in Chinese Astrology. A Self-Penalty is something you impose on yourself like unwarranted worries, overthinking, overindulgence (food, drinking, smoking), sickness due to lack of self-care, scandal, water disasters, and traffic accidents as the Pig is a Travel Star.
The year is also an Earth Pig Year therefore, there is another Pig this month to disturb this yearly energy. Yin wood is the liver, spine, neck, fingers and back
Water Pig is the head, brain, & kidney.
In southern hemisphere, November is the last month of Spring which contain a lot of energies of the season. From Chinese medicine perspective, Spring belongs to wood element and the corresponding organ is Liver. Liver looks after the tendons which rely on the healthy Kidney/Water energy to nourish. The Kidney oversees the bones and look after the spine/back. Also, the kidney controls the marrow and connect to the brain.
Since this month is the Yin Wood on Water Pig, people would suffer from some issues of imbalance of liver and kidney which is the liver and kidney yin deficiency causing liver Qi stagnation. The common sign and symptoms are stiff neck and shoulders, numbness/tingling sensation in the fingers, back stiffness/pain, headaches/ dizziness, forgetfulness etc. In order to keep liver and kidney healthy, we need to move the Liver energy and nourish the kidney. Yoga practice, Tai chi, qi gong, Ba Duan Jin, and walking are recommended exercises for soothing the liver energy without damaging to the kidney. Green leafy vegetables, lemon, bone broth is also good for liver and kidney health as well.
