MAY 2020 is Yin Metal on Fire Snake month and begins on the 5th at 8:53 am
Another month has passed surviving isolation so now we are ready to invite in the energy of the new month of May, Yin Metal on a Fire Snake.
The Fire Snake is a Travel Star in Chinese Astrology. Fire represents joy and optimism, therefore, bringing change and a bit more freedom, with restrictions easing on a global level.
This will bring hope back into the people and, we will see COVID-19 levels decreasing, bringing joy back especially in the Northern Hemisphere where climatically the seasons will start to warm up.

Yin Metal is like a fine piece of jewellery, a small blade or a needle, is graceful, gentle, attractive, cynical and principled.
Yin Metal is also the lungs, buttock and Skin.
People will be venturing out for their beauty treatments – nails, hair, skin, and injectables.
The Fire Snake is analytical, dangerous, seductive, and smart.
It also represents the face and teeth. You will find dentists taking more appointment and the beauty industry opening for facials and injectables.
The Snake is also best friends with the Monkey, therefore, if you have a Monkey anywhere in your Chinese Astrology chart you have harmony with that person – Day is your partner, Month is your parents & career, Year is your social group and networks , Hour is children, investments , ideas and dreams.

May is the Yin Metal Fire Snake month. Yin Metal represents the lungs, skin and buttocks while the fire snake represents the face, teeth and blood circulation. Fire attacks metal so the metal (Lung) element is weak.
As we are all aware, the Covid-19 is spreading all around the world and causing flu like symptoms and in some worse cases, pneumonia. Also, there are some reported cases of skin lesions or colour change. Since we are now heading to late autumn the weather is getting noticeably colder, which is particularly challenging for the lung energy. If you stay at home using the heater, please remember to moisten the lung constantly to prevent sore/dry throat and cough. White coloured foods are good in this season e.g. steamed pear or radish.
Also, as the weather getting colder, more and more clients suffering from lower back pain, stiff neck and shoulder are coming to the clinic (especially working/studying online all day!). It is beneficial to have foot spa during night to activate some channels for lower back pain, as well as improving blood circulation.
