Yin Fire is like a candle, gentle, sensitive, thoughtful, easy-going, like a candle they can be calm and peaceful but then suddenly if the candle is unattended it can cause a huge fire hence, they can get very angry about something. Their moods and behaviour can be very fragile.
Earth Goat is unorganized, thinkers, creative, spiritual beliefs guide them, enjoy simple things, and places importance on appearances.
Yin Fire Goat month is like dry earth or the desert, the dry weather can make people irritable and hot tempered. Yin Fire is also known to cause explosions and bombings; therefore, we may hear more natural or man mad disasters of this nature. In Chinese Medicine, Heart is the Emperor organ out of the five major organs (Heart, Lung, Spleen, Liver & Kidney) and it’s in charge of our spirit/mental activities. Heart (Fire element) has a close relationship with Liver (Wood) and Kidney (Water). Wood is the mother of Fire and can create excess Heart fire when it’s under too much stress. Also, when Wood is under a lot of stress it can damage the Earth element which is our digestive system. Thus, Heart and Earth health are closely related, and we always mention this to our clients: ” Gut is your second brain”.
People who are suffering from Fire/Earth imbalance would have symptoms like anxiety, panic attack, insomnia, digestive issues e.g.: abdominal bloating, cramps, diarrhoea or constipation, nausea, lack of appetite etc. In order to keep your health this month, we need to manage the stress level and do regular exercise. Yoga and Meditation are always good to keep the Heart and Earth health. Remember that always eating warm foods, such as soup, during cold seasons is good for digestion and hydration.
