JULY 2020 is Yin Water on Earth Goat month and begins on the 6th at 9:08 am
The month of July has arrived, and we have survived the month of the Yang Water Horse month of June.
June bought about a clash month with the year and a lot of planetary activity in the solar system with full moon eclipses and planetary alignments.
Hope you survived the month with positive a outcome.
On a personal note, the Horse month has been kind to me, and I have been busy with work, study and have been asked to run Chinese Astrology classes in the 2nd half of the year.
So, I have taken on the request and have scheduled in last minute dates for Monday & Saturday classes to begin on Monday 27th July & Saturday August 1st, 2020. (see below for class dates)
I am incredibly grateful for the interest in adding additional classes to the year. If you are interested in attending this class there is a limit of 5 students per class with a couple of spots available in each class, either for a Monday or Saturday. Classes are kept to 5 students as per COVID -19 restrictions guidelines.

July brings about Yin Water Earth Goat and another month of elements in friction as Earth controls the water in the cycle of the 5 elements…
Therefore, we can expect some unrest on a global level, with floods, earthquakes, landslides, and sinkholes.
Yin Water is like the morning dew, gentle, patient, accommodative honest, peaceful, secretive, a great teacher, nurturing, intuitive, open minded, idealistic, and creative.
The Earth Goat are thinkers, creative, unorganised, are too sensitive for the real world; they often misinterpret situations. They can also be very shy and places importance on appearances.
The Earth Goat is in clash with the Earth OX , therefore take extra care if you have an OX in your Chinese Astrology Chart , as there will be changes happening for you this month and sometimes these changes are quite unexpected.

July is a Clash Month for people that have an OX in their Chinese Astrology Chart. Therefore, take extra care if you have an OX in your Chinese Astrology Chart, as there will be changes happing for you this month and sometimes these changes are quite unexpected.

July is Yin Water on the Earth Goat.
Yin water represents the kidney and feet, while the Earth goat is symbolic of the Stomach and back.
As winter is the water element, the corresponding organ is Kidney. Kidney resides in the back and governs the legs and feet. This year we are experiencing extreme cold weather which is harmful for the Kidney (especially Yang) energy. When Kidney energy is weakened, lower back pain and leg/sciatica pain would follow. To top up the kidney energy, we need to intake some more kidney tonic foods e.g.: bone broth, cashews, walnuts, mushroom etc. Also, foot spa is good for lower back pain and sciatica pain, especially for those with bad circulation.
In TCM, Kidneys look after the prenatal energy while the earth (Spleen and stomach) looks after the postnatal energy. The Postnatal energy nourishes the Prenatal energy like the fertilizer. If the stomach energy is weak, the kidney energy would suffer as well. Thus we need to maintain good health for our digestive system: always eat/drink warm food because stomach always like body warm temperature; add some warming herbs in the food/drink to aid the digestion; also slow cooked food/soups are good for winter diet too.
