APRIL 2020 is Yang Metal on Earth Dragon month and begins on the 4 th at 3:40 pm
Well good riddance to March and the Flying Stars energies doubling up for the month & the year, and the Rabbit month creating a Two- Penalty month with the Rat in the year. 😊 (see March 2020 post)
The Month of April is Yang Metal on the Earth Dragon bringing in a new energy.
Metal & Earth is also technology, IT, internet.
Yang Metal is compared to a sword and a masculine energy representing leadership qualities like the government, military, CEO’s, law and people in high positions. (you can say this is our politicians and power people)
The Earth Dragon out of all the 12 Chinese Zodiac animals is mystical and are known to be egotistic, natural born leaders, energetic, and warm-hearted. In China, the Dragon is the sign of the Emperor of China or the male element Yang. The Dragon is the symbol of power and wealth. EG, The Queen of England (born on Yang Metal Dragon day).
The year is also Yang Metal on a Water Rat. Yang Metal is like our world leaders and the Rat is like the people- we are living like rats at the present, only scurrying out to look for food and going back into our hid outs (homes)
The Rat and the Dragon make half a water combine (monkey, rat & dragon = Water Combination) which is also the energy of the 4th of April 2020 at 3:40pm
The Day is Yin Fire on an Earth Ox, month of Yang Metal of Earth Dragon, Year of Yang Metal on Water Rat & Hour of Yang Earth on a Monkey.
Therefore, the month begins with a strong water energy which is this is like a tsunami.
Water is also about communication, and we are now communicating in a different way.
World leaders and people in powerful corporations (Yang Metal Month & Year) and also the media moguls – are they telling us the truth or hiding the truth or manipulating the truth of what is truly happening ?..
This month’s half water trine (rat & dragon) will bring things to the surface that have been hidden ( a tsunami brings up what is hidden on the bottom of the ocean).
This strong water weakens the metal, and you can say that the world leaders and the big people can be weaken or fighting one another for control or losing control of the institutions (hospitals, healthcare, economy, etc) …
As water is also communication and, 95% of our communication is now through the internet today, we may find the second half of the month when water is stronger, we may experience the internet dropping out.
As the second half of the month brings in a stronger water combination, we may find the second half of the month the Governments may slowly lift some of the restrictions imposed but still be mindful of social distancing (1.5meter rule).
Take extra care if your Day Master sits on a Dog as the dog & the dragon are foes or a clash in Chinese Astrology, therefore bringing about challenges and changes in relationships.
Take care if your day Master also sits on a Dragon , as 2 dragons form a Self-Penalty.
If your Day Master sits on a Metal Rooster, the Dragon and the Rooster are best of friends, therefore indicating great relationships and harmony with your partner.

As we are all aware of, Covid-19 is spreading all around the world. This month the lungs and Colon are still facing challenges. Common symptoms of Covid-19 infection include fever, sore throat, cough, wheezing and shortness of breath. Some cases might have digestive system related symptoms eg: nausea, lost in taste, vomiting and diarrhoea.
In order to keep healthy in April, we need to take care of both the respiratory system and the digestive system. Regular (weekly) Guasha/scraping on Lung channel, Large intestine channel and Bladder channel is essential during this pandemic. It can help to get rid of the early-stage symptoms, boost up the immune system and prevent the infection from further developing into severe cases. A healthy warm diet is important to maintain the digestive health since we are heading towards a colder season.
