This month is Yang Fire on an Earth Dragon and begins at 9:14am till 6th May @ 2:20am.

As Fire feeds the earth element, we will see more earth issues arise this month.
To keep the Earth element in harmony, we need to pay more attention to the food and drinks that we feed our body.
- Firstly, since the earth prefers warmth and the weather is getting cooler, we need to avoid cold food/drinks intake.
- Secondly don’t eat too much deep fried food or sweets (less chocolate during Easter 😊) to slow down skin aging and prevent/reduce inflammation in our body.
- Try to eat more green leafy vegetables which are rich in prebiotic and help with digestion.
